 Grand programme was organised by SIO GLINT HOSTEL and SIO Career Guidance cell atStudent center, SIO MS zone offece. More Than 40 students participated in the lecture. In introductory speech Br. Javed Mirza, Hostel Incharge of Student Center Auragabad talked about the need of organising such programs in competitive environment.He also motivated the student for learning such smart technique is need of hour.
 
In his main speech on the topic of Study smartly Technique before Exam, Mr.Naveed Quadri said removed the fear and stress of the students by motivating them and guiding them on how to prepare for examinations not only just to pass but to score and understand the subject. He also shared various techniques by the help of Power point Presenation.He also added about Memory technieqe, stress managent, diet for exam, goal seating for high scoring etc for prepation of exam. . He explained the students that we are, at every stage of life are going through exams. Even if we fail it is examination of our mental strength and explained them that failure is not an end but experience. He shared of his personal experience in his career studies which helped many of the students.

Good companies will offer the best health insurance they possibly can to their employees. They will also offer some variety to suit individual employee’s health insurance needs. Check out the health benefits and read the fine print carefully.

Companies that offer unsatisfactory health insurance to employees might give the impression that they do not value employees health needs, and that's up to you to discern. Nowadays, health insurance in a job is about as important as salary, especially if you have a family to think about. Kids medical bills are expensive!

2. Employee incentives

Companies that want the best for their employees typically provide different types of quality employees incentive programs.

Incentives may include physical rewards, such as cash bonuses, gift certificates, electronics or customized items. Awards such as public, verbal, or written recognition may also be included in this.

3. Travel

Where do you need me to go? This is a question that any veteran applicant will make sure to inquire in an interview. If you're not the biggest fan of driving hundreds of miles a week or flying to the next state every Friday afternoon, then you definitely shouldn't be looking into a job that requires lots of moving around, as many management positions do. If you want to move around and explore new places, great! Employers want flexible workers.

Also make sure you know if it's possible to work from home. The jobs that realize that work is work and results are what really matter know that an experienced hard worker can get stuff done from anywhere. If you're interested in working from home, ask about it. These types of jobs can be very beneficial since it can help you to manage and reduce the amount of travel that you have to do, it can offer you more time to be around your family and it can offer you a slightly different working environment. Be sure to explore this option if you think that it could work well for you.

4. Startup or Corporate?

This is a big one, because there are so many important factors involved. Startup companies typically offer exciting potential for massive growth, learning, real hands-on experience and a more flexible working environment, but they remove a large portion of job security. If you get in on the ground floor of a new startup, make sure you take the necessary precautions and preparations for a failed business, which is very possible. However, whether it works or doesn't, working for a start-up can be a brilliant experience and the amount that you can learn can in some ways surpass the career learning that you can get in any corporate environment.

With a corporate job, the chances of the business failing completely is unlikely. Job security, benefits, and a steady workload are what you'll typically find. It might not be as exciting to watch your stocks grow through the roof or to be in an entrepreneurial environment, but if you want the comfort of stability over a risky startup, make sure you know what you're applying for. Corporates can offer you more structure and stability and sometimes a much clearer career progression path and so think about what you really want.

5. Company reputation

What appears to be an ideal position can quickly become much less so if the bosses are socially inept, professionally inept or abusive in any way. Investigate a company's reputation by researching feedback or reviews online, and when possible, speaking to current employees. Discover what the work culture and environment is like.

Is it very strict and professional, or is there more of a relaxed atmosphere? Are there social events and do the various teams interact well with each other or not? You'll get the most done and be the happiest in an environment that you enjoy and so think carefully about what makes a good working environment for you and make sure that the company you join meets those requirements.

RESEARCH BEFORE YOU TAKE OFF

The recent decision the close to varsities by the Australia skills Quality authority resulting 530 students being stranded, has left many foreign university aspirants baffled as to whom to protect themselves from such as situation.

Arrun Lal, who went to the university of centerbury., New zealand, to get a degree in managemnt with the help of an agent ended up returning to India after a month. Given many false promises, he got tired of the harassment by the agents and the careless atittude of the university administration.

Career counselor Amit sujan advises that students research the universities they are interested in before taking admission. The reputation of a university can be judged by the curses it offers. Beware of agents who have a tie up with foreign universities. Students should call up the university to confirm their seats in both the university and hostel before paying the admission.

TEN - STUDY TIPS



 
Make studying a part of your everyday school routine and don't be limited to 'cramming' for exams and tests.
1.    Establish a routineSet aside a particular time each day for study and revision and stick to it.
2.    Create a study environmentThis should be away from interruptions and household noise, such as the television. Ensure there is adequate lighting and ventilation, a comfortable chair and appropriate desk.
3.    Set a timetable
With a timetable you can plan to cover all your subjects in an organised way, allotting the appropriate time for each without becoming overwhelmed.
4.    Look after yourselfDrink plenty of fluids, especially water, and eat healthy foods. Keep sugary foods to a minimum. Make sure you get enough sleep each night. Regular physical exercise makes you feel great, boosts your energy and helps you relax. So try to keep up regular sporting activities or at least fit in some regular exercise as often as you can.
5.    Reward yourself for studying
Watch your favourite television program, spend time with your friends, walk to the park and play sport throughout the week.
6.    Have variety in your study program
Study different subjects each day and do different types of work and revision in each study session.
7.    Avoid interrupting your concentrationHave all the appropriate materials with you before you start a session of study to minimise distractions.
8.    Test yourself on what you have studied
Ask your parents or family members to quiz you on what you have learnt, use draft questions from books, past assessments or major exam papers.
9.    Don't panic at exam time
If you have followed a study routine and have been revising your class work, there should be no need to worry. Try to keep yourself calm, positive and confident.
10. Ask your teachers for guidance
Especially if you're having trouble - whether it's grasping a new concept or understanding something you learnt earlier in the year. They will be happy to help.
