Aurangabad, Feb 16

To guide students of standards 10 and 12 on stress related-problems, the Aurangabad division of the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) has appointed divisional counsellors and established a helpline number.
The Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examinations have been scheduled to be conducted from February 21 to March 26 and March 2 to 25 respectively.
As the examination looms, several students complain of experiencing stress-related problems. To contend with this problem, the Board's divisional office has appointed six counsellors for the five districts falling within its jurisdiction.
To help students with the examination schedule, issues related to hall tickets and to help them during emergencies, the board has started two helplines, which will be open on working days from 8 am to 8 pm.
Two circle officers -higher secondary department's senior superintendent C G Puri and secondary department's senior superintendent H S Parkhe - have been appointed for such guidance over the helpline numbers.
